Preparing to Upgrade

You must install the following packages before upgrading Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector to Spring 2026:

• Foundations Summer 2025 or later
• PSA Summer 2025 or later
• Customer Success Cloud Spring 2026 or later

Some of these packages depend on other packages and might have specific upgrade steps that you must perform. For more information, see:
