The CS Region object includes the following fields.

| Owner | The owner of the region record. | |
| Parent Region | The parent region of the sub-region. | |
| Region Hierarchy ID Chain | System-generated ID chain for linking the region in the hierarchy. | |
| Region Hierarchy Name Chain | System-generated list of region names associated with the hierarchy. | |
| Region Name | * | The name of the region. |
| Reversed Hierarchy ID Chain | System-generated reversed ID chain for linking the region in the hierarchy. |

| Clone | Opens the New CS Region window in which the field values like region name, parent region, and hierarchy depth are automatically populated based on the original CS region record. |
| Delete | Open the Delete CS Region window that enables you to delete the CS region record. |

Open a drop-down containing more actions, including Change Owner, Printable View, Sharing, Sharing Hierarchy, and Edit Labels. |
