The tables below show the buttons, picker, and card elements displayed in the CSC Work Suggestions component on the account record pages.
Buttons

| — | Work Suggestion List | Narrows down the list to a single suggestion type. The drop-down displays each type present in the list, alongside an All Types option. |

Reload | Refreshes the list of work suggestions. |
| — | Generate Expansion Opportunity | Displayed on a work suggestion card when the suggestion comes from a CS policy of type Expansion Opportunity. Opens a creation window prefilled with the account, name, products, and description from the policy and triggering event description of the work suggestion, so you can create an expansion opportunity without leaving the Work Suggestions list. |
| — | Generate Playbook | Displayed on a work suggestion card when the suggestion comes from a CS policy of type Playbook. Opens a creation window prefilled with the playbook details suggested by AI, so you can create a playbook without leaving the Work Suggestions list. |
| — | Dismiss | Removes the work suggestion from the list. Accessed from the actions menu on the work suggestion card. |
