Creating Dynamic Playbooks From Work Suggestions

You can create a playbook from a work suggestion through:

  • The Work Suggestion record page
  • The Work Suggestions component on the Account record page

Creating a Dynamic Playbook From Work Suggestion Record Page

To create a dynamic playbook through work suggestion:

  1. Navigate to the Work Suggestion tab.
  2. Select and click the desired work suggestion.
  3. Click on the Suggestion tab of the work suggestion record page.
  4. Click Generate right next to the work suggestion.
  5. [Optional] You can update the following fields:
    1. Account
    2. Playbook Name
    3. Start Date
    4. End Date
    5. Description
  6. [Optional] Associate a success plan with the playbook.
  7. Click Next.
  8. [Optional] Update playbook task details.
  9. [Optional] Select the playbook task to be associated with the playbook.
  10. Click Create.
Notes:
  • Only one playbook with its associated playbook tasks is currently suggested in the Suggestion tab of the Work Suggestion record page as a result of the trigger event.
  • When a playbook is created, the status of the work suggestion is changed from New to Accepted.

Ensure that your administrator has added the Work Suggestion component to the Account record page. To create a playbook through work suggestion:

  1. Navigate to the Work Suggestion tab.
  2. Click Generate on the work suggestion.
  3. [Optional] You can update the following fields:
    1. Account
    2. Playbook Name
    3. Start Date
    4. End Date
    5. Description
  4. [Optional] Associate a success plan with the playbook.
  5. Click Next.
  6. [Optional] Update playbook task details.
  7. [Optional] Select the playbook task to be associated with the playbook.
  8. Click Create.
Notes:
  • The Work Suggestions component on the Account record page displays up to 50 new suggestions.
  • Work suggestions with invalid data do not appear in the Work Suggestions component on the Account record page. An alert shows the number of hidden suggestions. To resolve this, click the link in the alert to review the invalid records and contact your administrator.
