The Customer Success Metric object includes the following fields.

Customer Success Metric Fields

Field		Description
Description		​​The description of the metric. Note: If you are using Customer Success Cloud Summer 2024 or before, ensure that all metric records have a description field value to avoid dashboard failures and ensure you are able to write custom lenses and reports using the record.
Group	*	The group the metric is assigned to, used for granular health score configuration.
Metric Type	*	The type the metric is grouped by.
Name	*	The name of the customer success metric.
