New Features and Enhancements in CSC AI Agents Spring 2026
The following new features have been introduced in the Spring 2026 release of CSC AI Agents.

Prepare AI-Powered Business Review Summaries
We’ve enhanced the Customer Success agent to enable customer success managers (CSMs) to generate business review summaries of specific account records. These summaries consolidate account data and provide a holistic overview of account data for the last six months, enabling CSMs to prepare for business reviews and strategic planning sessions. To support this, we’ve added the CS Business Review Summary topic and the Generate Business Review Summary action. We’ve also added the Generate Business Review Summary custom action, which can be used to call the functionality of the related API using a user interface.
