Deleting Multiple Rows from a Rate Table

You can delete multiple rows from a rate table if they are no longer relevant or were created in error, irrespective of whether the rate table is already linked to a plan.

Warning:

When you delete rows from a rate table, the conversion rates are no longer available to linked plans. All cells that use those rates display a #UNIT error.

To delete multiple rows from a rate table simultaneously:

1. From the Rate Tables tab, click the rate table that contains the redundant rows.
2. Select the rows to be deleted and click . The rows are removed from the rate table.
3. Click Save.
