Scheduling Deletion of Smart Action Records

To schedule the deletion of smart action plans and steps:

1. On the PSA Administration page, click Delete Smart Action Records in the Asynchronous Processes section. The Delete Smart Action Records window opens.

2. Do one of the following:

   • Click Run to run the job immediately.
   • Click Schedule to schedule the job.

3. If you clicked Schedule, complete the following steps:

   1. In the Schedule Frequency field, select "Weekly" or "Monthly".
   2. In the Schedule Start Time field, select a time.

   3. Do one of the following depending on the frequency that you selected in step a:

      • If you selected "Weekly", select the day of the week that the job must run in the Recurs every week on field.
      • If you selected "Monthly", select a method in the Monthly Method field. For more information, see Delete Smart Action Records Fields.
   4. Click Schedule.

You can view the details of the job in Setup | Scheduled Jobs. Once the job is running, you can view it from the Asynchronous Framework Tracker page.
