Delete Smart Action Records Fields

The Delete Smart Action Records window on the PSA Administration page includes the following fields.

Fields in the Delete Smart Action Records Window
Field   Description
Schedule Frequency  

The frequency for deleting smart action plan and step records. The values are:

  • Weekly. Selecting this displays the Recurs every week on field.
  • Monthly. Selecting this displays the Monthly Method field.
Schedule Start Time * The time that records are deleted.
Recurs every week on   The day of the week that records are deleted.
Monthly Method  

Defines when records are deleted. The values are:

  • Last Day of Month: Records are deleted on the last day of the current month.

    Example:

    If today's date is May 1, 2026, records are deleted starting May 31, 2026.

  • Date: Records are deleted on the selected day of the current month. Selecting this displays the Day of the Month field.

    Example:
    • Today's date: May 1, 2026
    • Day of the Month: 15

    Records are deleted starting May 15, 2026.

  • Day of the Month: Records are deleted on the selected day of the week. Selecting this displays the Day of the Month and Day of the Week fields.

    Example:
    • Today's date: May 1, 2026
    • Day of the Week: Tuesday
    • Day of the Month: 1st

    Records are deleted starting May 5, 2026.

  • Days Before Month End: Records are deleted a specific number of days before the last day of the current month. Selecting this displays the Number of Days field.

    Example:
    • Today's date: May 1, 2026
    • Number of Days: 1

    Records are deleted starting May 30, 2026.
