Additional Fields The API name of a field set used by the Skill or Certification Rating object. This field set defines additional fields used in the Add window of the Manage Skills and Certifications page and the Edit panel and the detail views of the Manage Skills and Certifications app pages in the PSA Mobile application.

Skill or Certification Rating Agent Context Used by AI agents when reading skill or certification rating records via agent data services. Defines the additional fields included in the agent context to assist with resource matching and competency assessment. A Certinia LLM provider processes fields added here. Ensure you do not include sensitive personal information or special category data.    
Note:

In the PSA Mobile application, the detail views of My Skills, My Certifications, and My Aspirations tabs display Rating ID, Skill or Certification, Record Type Name, Rating, Aspiration, and default fields of the Additional Fields field set. To view more fields on the detail view pages of the application, you can add fields to the Addition Fields field set.
