Monitor Project Performance with the PSA Project Forecast Dashboard
We've introduced the PSA Project Forecast dashboard, which enables project managers to monitor how project revenue, cost, and margin is predicted to perform against budget. You can:
- View forecasted versus budgeted revenue, cost, and margin at project level.
- View a breakdown of forecasted revenue, cost, and margin by individual project item, such as a milestone, expense, or miscellaneous adjustment.
- View a breakdown of forecasted revenue, cost, or margin by individual project item for the current quarter, next quarter, and future project periods.
The new dashboard is designed to be embedded on a new tab of the Project Lightning page.

Enable Clean-up of Services Forecast Data
We've added the Delete Forecast Versions Older Than field to the PS Cloud Analytics Setup record, which automates the process of deleting services forecasting data from the Services Forecast Reporting dataset. You can choose to delete forecast versions that are older than 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. This enables you to remove any outdated forecast versions, ensuring only relevant information is retained by the dataset.
For more information, see PS Cloud Analytics Setup Fields.
Improve Forecasting Data Management in Services Forecast Datasets
We've updated the PS Cloud Core Analytics App Services Forecast Reporting recipe to filter out rows in the Services Forecast Reporting dataset where the date in the Adjustment Expiration Date field is in the past. This ensures that the dataset contains only active adjustments.
For more information, see Services Forecast Reporting Intermediate Processing.
Aligned Scheduled Values in the PSA Project Burnup Dashboards
To align the scheduled values displayed in the Scheduled stacked chart and the Project Trend line chart in the PSA Project Burnup dashboard, the current month data question on the dashboard's configuration page now has a default value of "Scheduled Data".
For more information, see PSA Project Burnup Dashboard and Using the PSA Project Burnup Dashboard Configuration Page.
