- From the Services Forecast Setup tab, open the active services forecast setup record. If one does not already exist, you must create one. If you create a new active services forecast setup record when there is an existing scheduled job, there is no need to reschedule the job.
- Click Run Services Forecast.
- Enter a name for the scheduled job, for example, Generate Services Forecast Data. This name must be unique.
-
For Schedule Frequency, select one of the following:
- Weekly: if you want the job to run on specific days of the week. You can then select the days.
- Monthly: if you want the job to run once every month. You can then select a monthly method to determine on which day of the month the job runs.
Depending on your selection, additional options are available.
