WorkGrid - View and Adjust Services Forecasts Permission Set

The managed permission sets available in WorkGrid are not appropriate for users who need to view and adjust services forecasts. Therefore, you must create your own unmanaged permission set. We recommend that you clone the WorkGrid - Manage Plans permission set and name the new permission set WorkGrid - View and Adjust Services Forecasts. This retains the existing field permissions and Apex class access. You can then modify the object and tab permissions in the new permission set as listed in the Recommended Object and Tab Permissions table. Lookup Fields on the Plan Object

Enabling the Services Forecasting feature in the Feature Console creates the following lookup fields on the Plan object:

  • Group
  • Practice
  • Project
  • Region

We recommend that you provide read access to those fields as part of the new WorkGrid - View and Adjust Services Forecasts permission set.
