Flex Instruction Fields

The Flex Instruction object includes the following fields.

Fields on the Flex Instruction Object

Field		Description
Active		If selected, the agent applies this instruction. Only one instruction can be active for an agent at a time.
Agent Key	*	The agent that the flex instruction applies to.
Flex Instruction Name	*	The name that identifies this flex instruction.
Instruction Text		The plain-language instruction that guides the agent's behavior, up to 5000 characters.
