Product Grid Lightning Component Fields

The tables below show the buttons, columns, filter buttons, and filter fields displayed in the Product Grid component.

Buttons

Buttons in the Product Grid Component
Button Name Description
Add Products Add Products Opens the Add Products to Account window.
reload button Reload Refreshes the data displayed in the grid.
remove products button Remove Product Removes the selected product from the account.
Filters panel toggle button Filters panel Opens and closes the Filters panel.
Record Details Record Details Opens the Record Details panel, which shows the details of the selected product together with the contract line items and assets that the account holds for it. Click Record Details again to close the panel.

Columns

The following columns are provided by the component. Each one displays only when its corresponding setting is selected.

Column Name Description
Number of Assets

The number of assets that the account holds for the product.

Note:

This column displays only when the Enable Asset Count Column field is selected in the CS Cloud Product Settings custom setting.

Number of Contract Line Items

The number of contract line items that the account holds for the product.

Note:

This column displays only when the Enable Contract Line Item Count Column field is selected in the CS Cloud Product Settings custom setting.

Note:

Administrators can define additional columns using the Product Grid Additional Columns field set. For more information, see Account Product Field Sets.

Filter Buttons

Filter buttons in the Product Grid Component
Button Name Description
Reset Reset Returns the filter criteria to the default values.
Apply Apply Updates the contents of the grid using the filter criteria specified.

Filter Fields

Filter Fields in the Product Grid Component
Field Description
Product Family Search for and select one or more product families to display in the grid.

Administrators can define additional fields to display in the Filters panel using the Product Grid Filters Panel Fields and Add Products to Account Filter Fields field sets. For more information, see Product Field Sets.
