Asset Field Sets

Customer Success Cloud adds the following field set to the Salesforce Asset object.

Product Grid Asset Fields

Defines the asset fields that display in the Record Details panel of Product Grid. You can add and remove fields in this field set.

Notes:
  • This field set is delivered with no fields. The Assets section does not display in the Record Details panel until you add at least one field.
  • This field set supports related fields. When you add a field from a related object, its value displays in the Record Details panel, and lookup fields display as links to the related record.
  • Fields that a user does not have read access to are omitted for that user.
