If you use the Project Manager Feature Permissions or Services Leader Feature Permissions access rule, and want to disable assigned user's ability to: Lock or unlock plans, disable the Lock and Unlock Plans feature permissions on the rule. Clone plans, disable the Clone Plans feature permissions on the rule.	Editing a Feature Access Rule
