Veda is Certinia's overarching brand for all AI-related capabilities across its products, and delivers both generative AI features and AI agent functionality.

Generative AI

Veda's generative capabilities provide on-demand summarization and content generation across key record types and workflow stages. Examples include project, task, and RAID summaries; executive and client-facing briefings; customer success activity summaries; and AI-drafted communications. These features help reduce the time spent on manual data consolidation and reporting.

Agentic AI

Our agents can execute multi-step processes within Certinia on your behalf. These agents operate as a structured family, organized by capability areas such as Estimation, Resourcing, Service Delivery, and Customer Success.

You can access these agents through two deployment options:

  • Veda Flex. This our Certinia-native option.
  • Veda for Agentforce. This is the Salesforce-native option.

Your choice of either option depends on your specific organizational requirements. You can access dedicated setup and configuration paths for either of these options.
