Assigning Multiple Projects to Resources

Your administrator can edit the "Assignment Field Sets" and "Contact Field Sets" to modify the fields that appear on this page.

You can also assign multiple projects to a single resourceA contact that works on a project.:

  1. Click Assign Multiple Projects on the Assignments related list of the Contacts page for the resource that you want to assign.

    The Mass Assign Projects to Resource page appears with a list of projects to which you can assign the resource.

  2. [Optional] If you want to filter the projects listed, enter the criteria that you want to filter the projects on in the Filter Options fields and click Filter.
  3. Select the checkboxes for the projects that you want to assign the resource to, or select the checkbox in the heading if you want to assign all the projects to the resource.
  4. Click Create Assignments.
  5. Complete the fields described in "Mass Assign Projects to Resource Fields".
  6. Click Create Assignments.
