Contact Field Sets

Here are the field sets contained within the Contact object.

	Field Set	Description	Used on Page	Default Fields
+	Resource Planner Columns	Defines any additional columns that you want to show on the resources list of the new Resource Planner. Note You can control whether this field set is visible on the new Resource Planner using the Columns Field Set setting. For more information, see "Resource Planner and Project Planner Settings". +	Assign Multiple Projects to Resource Filter Options	Allows you to add additional filters to the "Filter Options" section of the Mass Assign Projects to Resource page.	Mass Assign Projects to Resource	None. You can add additional fields that exist on the Contact object.
+	Assign Multiple Projects to Resource Search Columns	Allows you to define the columns that appear on the "Select Projects" table on the Mass Assign Projects to Resource page.	Mass Assign Projects to Resource	Name; Region; Practice; Group; Start Date; End Date.
+	Assign Multiple Resources to Project Filter Options	Allows you to add additional filters to the "Filter Options" section of the Mass Assign Resources to Project page.	Assign Resources to Project	None. You can add additional fields that exist on the Contact object.
+	Assign Multiple Resources to Project Search Columns	Allows you to define the columns that appear on the "Select Resources" table on the Mass Assign Resources To Project page.	Assign Resources to Project	Region; Practice; Group; Email; Role.
	SearchResourcesFilterFields	Defines extra fields that can be selected as filter criteria when searching for resources. The following types of fields are supported: DATE DATETIME CURRENCY BOOLEAN NUMBER PERCENT TEXT TEXTAREA PHONE EMAIL Note We recommend that you do not add read-only fields or read-only lookup fields to this field set. If the field set contains fields that belong to an unsupported type, no fields will be available in the Additional Filters section of the Search Resources page.	Search Resources	Account ID
