Assigning Multiple Resources to Projects

You can assign multiple resources to a single projectA collection of activities and related items to be managed over a defined time range, such as timecards, expenses, milestones and budgets.:

1. Select the project to which you want to assign resources.
2. Click Assign Multiple Resources on the Assignment related list.

   The Mass Assign Resources To Project page appears with a list of available resources that you can assign to your project.

3. Select the checkboxes for the resources that you want to assign to the project, or select the checkbox in the heading if you want to assign all resources to the project.
4. Click Create Assignments.
5. Complete the fields described in "Mass Assign Resources to Project Fields".
6. Click Create Assignments.
