Correcting Timecards

If a resource incorrectly enters a timecardA mechanism for logging time against a project or an assignment., or you need to approve a timecard outside the normal process:

1. Display the timecard that you want to correct. You can do this by locating the timecard under the projectA collection of activities and related items to be managed over a defined time range, such as timecards, expenses, milestones and budgets., or by searching for it.
2. Click Admin Edit.
3. Make the changes you want as described in "Timecard Fields".
   Note

   

   When editing a timecard with the Admin Edit option, you cannot mark a billable timecard as both Time Credited and Time Excluded. Deselect both checkboxes for a regular non-billable timecard.
4. Click Save.
