Showing and Hiding Timecards Based on Status

You can show and hide timecardA mechanism for logging time against a project or an assignment. lines with a status that you specify. The timecard statuses that you can show or hide depend on the timecard statuses set in the TC_Status_To_Hide configuration settings.

To show or hide timecards based on their status:

1. Click the Showing or Not showing link on the Timecard Entry page.
2. Select the checkboxes of the statuses that you want to hide timecards for.
3. Deselect the checkboxes of the statuses that you want to display timecards for.
4. Click Done.
