Setting up the PSA Timecards App

To use the PSA Timecards App you need:

If you have an iPhone you must download the app from iTunes. If you have an Android phone, you must download the app from the Google Play (formerly Android marketplace).

Notes
We recommend that you wait until you have successfully entered timecards using the standard web interface before you use the PSA Timecards App.
To use the PSA Timecards App, each PSA user must have the IsResource and IsResourceActive options selected on their contact record. See "Resource Fields" for more information.
If you are an administrator and want users to be able to post messages on the Chatter wall for a project, you may need to turn on the Chatter feed on the project object.
In the Enhanced Timecard User Interface Settings, you must ensure that the Timecard Entry UI Switch custom setting is selected. See "Timecard Settings" for more information.
