Sorting on Column Headings

In the project and resource planners you can sort the list based on the column headings. You can also sort using more than one column, specify a sort order and sort columns in ascending or descending order.

To sort on column headings:

  1. Click the first heading to sort on.
  2. Toggle the arrow icon or to determine whether list is sorted in ascending or descending order.
  3. To sort on an additional column, hover over the number in the column heading and click it.
  4. If you want to change whether the additional column is sorted in ascending or descending order toggle the arrow icon or .
  5. If you want to sort the list further on an additional column, repeat steps 3 to 4.

If you only want to sort the list on one column, click the main area of the column heading that you want to sort the list on. For further information, see "Planner Fields".
