Recalculating Utilization

If you have already calculated the utilization on a region, practice, group, project, or resource and want to recalculate it:

1. Click the Utilization Calculations tab.
2. Click the Utilization Calculation Name of the utilization calculation that you want to recalculate. If the calculation that you want is not displayed, search for it.
3. Click Calculate Utilization.
4. Make the changes you want on the Utilization Calculator page.
5. If you want to recalculate the utilization now, click Calculate. If you want to schedule the calculation, click Schedule.
