Viewing Project Version Batch Jobs

Version batch process records are temporary records that track the Apex batch job as it creates or deletes project versions. The batch process record is automatically deleted once the Apex batch job completes. To view a batch process:

  1. From the Managed Versions related list on the Project, select the version you recently created or deleted.
  2. Click the Batch Process field to view the Batch Process record.

The Batch Process record contains a number of fields used by PSA to create Project Versions. From this page, you can:

If any status shows an error, navigate to the record for the created or deleted Version.
