Here is a description of the fields available on the Project Variance Batch object.
The Project Variance Batch object stores the status of the Batch Apex jobs for the project variance calculations. From Setup, navigate to Monitoring | Apex Jobs to check the progress of the batch jobs. Using Lightning Experience
The Project Variance Batch Settings custom setting enables you to specify the recipients of notifications sent when the process completes and whether the notification is sent by task, email, or Chatter.
Any errors that occur are recorded in logs, which you can access from the Project Variance Batch Logs related list.
| Field Name | Description |

| Apex Job ID | A unique identifier for the current batch Apex job. |
| Batch Process | A lookup to the batch process record. The record is deleted automatically when the process completes. |
| Notification Type | The type of notification sent when the process completed: Successful, Failure, or Mixed. |
| Project Variance Batch ID | The batch record identifier (autonumber with a PVB- prefix). |
| Status | The current status of the batch job: "Processing", "Complete", or "Error". If the process completed with errors, an error log will be available from the Project Variance Batch Logs related list. Refresh your browser to ensure the process status is up to date. |
| Total Number of Aborts | The number of logs where Log Type is Abort. |
| Total Number of Errors | The number of logs where Log Type is Error. |
| Total Number of External | The number of logs where Log Type is External. |
| Total Number of Logs | The total number of logs. |
