You can submit timecards for approval if your administrator has configured approval processes on your org.
Your administrator will also have configured one of the following options for the Time Entry page for the submission of timecards:
Submit selected timecards only - You can select the checkboxes of specific timecards, and then click Submit. Unsaved timecards are saved, but only the selected timecards are submitted.
Submit all timecards - To submit all timecards without selecting any checkboxes, click Submit. Any unsaved timecards are saved before being submitted.
Depending on the setup of your org and the approval processes, the following could also apply:
A warning message might be displayed if you enter a timecard that contains zero or negative hours.
You might need administrator permissions to edit submitted timecards.
