Recalculating Utilization

If you have already calculated the utilization on a regionA level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects., practiceA level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects., groupA level of hierarchy used in PSA to which other objects belong such as resources, opportunities and projects., projectA collection of activities and related items to be managed over a defined time range, such as timecards, expenses, milestones and budgets., or resourceA contact that works on a project. and want to recalculate it:

1. Click the Utilization Calculations tab.
2. Click the Utilization Calculation Name of the utilization calculation that you want to recalculate. If the calculation that you want is not displayed, search for it.
3. Click Calculate Utilization.
4. Make the changes you want on the Utilization Calculator page.
5. If you want to recalculate the utilization now, click Calculate. If you want to schedule the calculation, click Schedule.
