Viewing Journal Lists
The journals list page displays a list of journals in your and view. From this page, you can view detailed journal information and
access other related information.
You cannot delete a saved journal. You must discard it. See Discarding Journals for more information.
- Click a journal number to view the journal detail.
- Click Edit next to a journal number to edit the journal.
- Choose a predefined view from the drop-down list to select the records to display. Alternatively, you can select Create New View to define your own list view.
- Click
Printable View to display the current list view in a format that is ready for printing.
- Click New Journal to create a new journal. See Creating a Standard Journal for more information.
- Click any column heading to sort the records using that column’s data.
