Licensing

To use PSA Analytics in FinancialForce Business Analytics, the following user licenses are required:

Users	Licenses	Description
Integration User	FinancialForce PSA	Enables access to PSA objects and fields.
Admin User	Business Analytics	Enables the user to install and run the PSA Analytics application.
	FinancialForce PSA	Enables access to PSA objects and fields.
View User	Business Analytics	Enables view access to datasets and dashboards created with the PSA Analytics app.
	FinancialForce PSA	Enables view access to PSA objects and fields.
Embedded Dashboards User	Business Analytics	Enables view access to dashboards created with the PSA Analytics Embedded Dashboards app.
	FinancialForce PSA	Enables view access to PSA objects and fields.

In addition to these licenses, the Admin User and View User require an Analytics license. Access to these licenses is enabled with each Business Analytics license. Embedded dashboard users require a Salesforce Analytics View Only Embedded license to be enabled.

To drill down from PSA Analytics to the detailed record information within PSA, the user requires a FinancialForce PSA license.
