Supported Environment

The FinancialForce PSA Analytics datasets have been designed to work with FinancialForce PSA Fall 2020 and later.

PSA Analytics is supported on Salesforce Analytics native application for Android and iOS, mobile and tablet devices. However, mobile experience can be different from standard experience due to optimizations made to support mobile devices.

Note: PSA Analytics requires null measure handling to be enabled in your org. Null measure handling is a feature that supports the use of "null" default values in your dataflows. If null measure handling is not enabled, incorrect data may be displayed in your datasets and dashboards. For more information on how to enable null measure handling, see the Salesforce Help.

You can add information to the datasets by modifying the data flow or creating a recipe. For more information, refer to the Salesforce Help for Analytics or contact your implementation consultant.
