The configuration builder contains the list of all the workspace configurations delivered by Lightning that you have access to in the FF Configurations section.
The configuration builder is accessed via the Lightning App Launcher.
As new configurations are created or existing configurations are cloned they appear in the My Configurations section.
Navigation components are made up of the following elements:
Sections
Sections are the highest level element in a navigation component. Sections can contain Groups and Navigation Items. The order of sections can be amended by dragging them above or below other sections in the configuration builder.
Groups
Groups contain one or more navigation items and let you logically group navigation to improve the user experience.
Navigation items
Navigation items are links that direct the user to an Object, Tab or to a specific URL. This provides a high level of flexibility allowing items outside a Salesforce Org to be easily surfaced to end users.
