Planning Workspace Overview

FinancialForce workspaces are dashboards that provide information that is specific to individual business roles. Workspaces summarize information to help you prioritize your activities and provide easy access to the most relevant areas of the app. You can use workspaces to monitor and proactively address changes in your org.

Note:

Workspaces use Lightning Experience to take full advantage of the Lightning App Builder. This means you can customize your user's experience based on their specific requirements. The changes you make are saved in a cloned app. The original app remains unchanged.

The Planning workspace acts as a starting point for the activities you conduct in your Financial Analyst, FPNA Analyst, and FPNA Director roles. Information is filtered to display only the tasks where you are assigned as the Financial Analyst, FPNA Analyst, and FPNA Director.
