Customer Statement Log Fields

The Customer Statement Logs home page displays the following fields:

Field	Description
Account	A lookup to the account the statement was created for.
Customer Statement	An auto-generated number. Click the statement number to view the Customer Statement Space details.
Customer Statement Log Number	An auto-generated number. Click the log number to view the Customer Statement Log Details.
Log Type	Displays the log type. Customer statement logs can have the following types: Information. The customer statement was sent successfully. Error. There was a problem sending the customer statement.

Customer Statement Log Details Fields

The Customer Statement Log Details page contains the following fields:

Field	Description
Account	A lookup to the account the statement was created for.
Customer Statement	An auto-generated number. Click the statement number to view the Customer Statement details.
Customer Statement Log Number	An auto-generated number.
Log Type	Displays the log type. Customer statement logs can have the following types: Information. The customer statement was sent successfully. Error. There was a problem sending the customer statement.
Message	Information on the customer statement log status. If the log type is error, then this includes information on the error.
Statement Sent Date	The date the statement was sent, if successful.

The Customer Statement Details page contains the following fields:

Field	Description
Apex Job ID	The ID of the Apex Job used to generate the customer statements.
Batch Process	The ID of the batch process used to send the customer statements.
Batch Process Status	The status of the batch process.
Customer Statement Rule	A lookup to the customer statement rule used to generate the customer statement.
Customer Statement Space	A lookup to the customer statement space that the customer statement was created for.
Notification Type	The notification type fir the customer status: Success Failure
Process Completed	The date and time the customer statement process completed.
Process Started	The date and time the customer statement process started.
Progress Info	A status bar showing the progress of the customer statement process.
Statement Rule	A lookup to the customer statement rule used to generate the customer statement.
Statements Sent	The total number of customer statements sent.
Status	The statement process status.
Status	Summary status details, displays: The process status The total number of customer statements The number of statements sent The number of errors
Total	The total number of statements generated.
Total Number of Aborts	The total number of statements that were aborted.
Total Number of Errors	The total number of statements that have errors.
Total Number of External	The total number of statements that have external logs.
Total Number of Logs	The total number of log generated for the customer statement process.

The following custom fields are displayed no the customer Statement Space object.

Field	Description
Company	Lookup to the the company the customer statement space is associated with.
Customer Statement Reference Number	Auto-generated reference number for this customer statement space.
End Date	The end date for the customer statement space.
Start Date	The date the customer statement space was created.
Total Number of Statements	The total number of statements generated for this customer statement space.
