Viewing Utilization Results

Utilization Result records are created by a utilization run for every resource with billable hours per day. Previous utilization result records are overwritten by the utilization result records from the most recent utilization run if they are within the same date range. This means if utilization result records have been deleted by mistake, they will be recreated the next time you start a utilization run.

Notes:

Utilization result records are not created for resources if the Is Resource Active field is deselected within the specified date range.

The Only Include Changes checkbox on the active utilization setup record must be deselected for utilization result records to be recreated.

From the Utilization Result page, you can click a utilization result record to view the resource and date to which the record relates, and the number of billable hours for that resource.

Utilization Results can then be visualized in Analytics by syncing the data regularly. Data can also be visualized in Salesforce Reports in low volume orgs. For more information on creating reports in Salesforce, see the Salesforce Help.
