Services Revenue Forecasting Workspace

The Services Revenue Forecasting workspace contains the following components:

  • Global Navigation
  • Action Component
  • Einstein Dashboard

The Services Revenue Forecasting links enable you to navigate to the most frequently accessed pages that are relevant to your role.

Action Component

The Actions Component provides quick actions that are relevant to PSA Services Revenue Forecasting that can be launched within the workspace.

Einstein Dashboard

PSA Business Analytics contains an Einstein Dashboard that is designed to be embedded in the Services Revenue Forecasting workspace:

  • PSA Revenue Forecast (Embedded) Dashboard

Data displayed comes from revenue forecast and revenue forecast version records summarized across your services organization. A version can be selected and filtered against, and compared against another version to determine forecasting accuracy at different levels across your organization.
