Creating an Engagement

To create an engagement:

1. Navigate to the Engagements tab.
2. Click New.
3. Enter the start date and the expected end date.
4. Select the customer account the engagement relates to.
5. [Optional] Enter a description for the engagement.
6. Click Save.
