Converting a User Management Template to a Persona

You can convert existing user management templates to personas in the following circumstances:

• The template contains only permission set, permission set group and license information
• The template is role-based and could be applied to more than one user

To do this:

1. Navigate to the User Management Templates tab. The list of templates is displayed.
2. Identify the user management template you want to convert to a persona.
3. Click the template label link on the template that you want to modify. The template metadata record is displayed.
4. Edit the metadata record.
5. Select the Persona checkbox and save your changes.

The record will be available in the list of personas when creating a user from the Create User tab.
