System Administration Workspace

By default, the System Administration workspace contains the following components:

  • Navigation pane
  • Alerts
  • Updates and product versions
  • List view

The Navigation pane provides links to navigate to the most frequently accessed pages that are relevant to your role.

Alerts

Alerts provide you with information to highlight important details about your org. To display a list of detailed records specific to each alert, click View Details.

The following alerts are available from the System Administration workspace.

Apex Job Errors The count of your Apex jobs that failed to complete in the last five days.

Displays a list view of your Apex jobs.

The following fields are displayed:

  • Action
  • Submitted Date
  • Job Type
  • Status
  • Status Detail
  • Total Batches
  • Batches Proceed
  • Failures
  • Submitted By
  • Completion Date
  • Apex Class
  • Apex Method
  • Apex Job ID
Message Delivery Errors The count of your messages that failed to deliver and generated errors.

Displays a list view of your messages that failed to deliver and generated errors.

The following fields are displayed:

  • Message ID
  • Message Type
  • Publisher
  • Status
  • Created By
Scheduled Job Run Errors The count of your Foundations scheduled job runs that failed in the last five days.

Displays a list view of Foundations scheduled job runs that failed in the last five days.

The following fields are displayed:

  • Apex Job Id
  • Scheduled Job
  • Run Number
  • Total Logs
  • Total Errors
  • Last Modified By
  • Last Modified Date

Your administrator can customize the Message Delivery Errors, Scheduled Job Run Errors alert cards using the Lightning App Builder, for more information, see Setting up Certinia Alert Cards in the Foundations Help.

List View

The All Messages list view displays a non-filtered list of all messages.

Counts

You can also add counts to the System Administrator workspace.

Counts summarize the number of records found on corresponding list views that are relevant for the System Administration workspace. Counts enable you to quickly access related content. To display a list of detailed records specific to each count, click the count.

The following counts are available from the System Administration workspace.

List View

Inactive User Information Records The count of inactive user information records without the status of “Active".

Displays a list of inactive user information records. The following fields are displayed:

  • Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Salesforce User
  • Status
  • Message
Queued Messages The count of queued messages with the status of “New” and “Allocated”.

Displays a list of queued messages records. The following fields are displayed:

  • Message ID
  • Message Type
  • Publisher
  • Status
  • Last Attempted Deliver
  • Created By
Features Not Enabled The count of features not enabled on the Feature Console tab. Displays the Feature Console page.
