Close Assignments Fields

When you close an assignment before its originally scheduled end date, any estimates versus Actuals records for future time periods are deleted.

Here is a description of the fields and buttons on the Close Assignments page and window.

Field	Description
Status	The status applied to the assignments listed in Assignments to close.
End Date	The end date applied to the assignments listed in Assignments to close.
Closed for Time Entry	Indicates whether the assignments listed in Assignments to close are also closed for timecard entry.
Closed for Expense Entry	Indicates whether the assignments listed in Assignments to close are also closed for expense entry.
Assignments to close	Lists the assignments that the closure is to be applied to.
