Assigning Multiple Projects to Resources

Your administrator can edit the Assignment Field Sets and Contact Field Sets to modify the fields that appear on this page.

You can also assign multiple projects to a single resource A contact that works on a project.:

1. Click Assign Multiple Projects on the Assignments related list of the Contacts page for the resource that you want to assign.
   The Mass Assign Projects to Resource page displys a list of projects to which you can assign the resource.
2. [Optional] If you want to filter the projects listed, enter the criteria that you want to filter the projects on in the Filter Options fields and click Filter.
3. Select the checkboxes for the projects that you want to assign the resource to, or select the checkbox in the heading if you want to assign all the projects to the resource.
4. Click Create Assignments.
5. Complete the fields described in Mass Assign Projects to Resource Fields.
6. [Optional] Include a scheduling strategy as described inAssigning Multiple Resources to Projects.
7. Click Create Assignments.
8. [Optional] Click Assign Milestones to Assignments to assign milestones to the assignments you have created. See Assigning Multiple Milestones to Assignments for more information.
