Showing and Hiding Timecards Based on Status

You can show or hide timecard A mechanism for logging time against a project or an assignment. lines with a status that you specify. The timecard statuses that you can show or hide depend on the timecard statuses set in the TC_Status_To_Hide setting.

To show or hide timecards based on their status:

1. Depending on the Timecard Entry page and if you've already hidden timecards by status, click the Showing or Not showing link, or select Hide By Status or Hidden By Status.
2. Select the checkboxes for the timecard statuses you want to hide.
3. Deselect the checkboxes for the timecard statuses you want to display.
4. Click Done.
