Services CPQ Workspace

The Services CPQ workspace acts as a starting point for the activities that you conduct in your estimator role.

The Services CPQ workspace contains the following components:

Global Navigation
Chatter feed
Alerts
List view

Global Navigation

The Services CPQ links enable you to open the pages that are relevant to your role.

Create Estimate Action

The Services CPQ Workspace Action Panel enables you to create estimates and estimate templates.

Chatter Feed

The Chatter feed component enables you to view your bookmarked Chatter posts.

Alerts

Alerts provide you with information to highlight important details about your estimates. To display a list of detailed records specific to each alert, click View Details.

The following alerts are available from the Services CPQ workspace:

Name	Description	View Details
Closing Opportunities	The count of opportunities with a close date in the next 30 days.	Displays a list view of opportunities with a close date in the next 30 days.
Draft Estimates	The count of estimates with a status of Draft, and a count of the total net amount across counted estimates, and the count of the average margin across counted estimates.	Displays a list view of estimates with a status of Draft.
Estimates Awaiting Approval	The count of estimates with a status of Submitted, and the count of the total net amount across counted estimates, and the count of the average margin across counted estimates.	Displays a list view of estimates with a status of Submitted.
