Consolidation Hierarchy Fields

Here is a description of the fields that make up a consolidation hierarchy record.

Key: * – Mandatory field; R – Read-only; The number indicates the number of characters that are allowed in this text field, where appropriate.

Field			Description
Is Active			Indicates whether the consolidation hierarchy is active. Once selected, this field cant be deselected. Note: When a consolidation hierarchy is active you can only edit the end date field. The start date and the line fields cannot be edited on active consolidation hierarchies.
End Date	*		Indicates the end date for a consolidation hierarchy.
Start Date	*		Indicates the start date for a consolidation hierarchy.

Consolidation Hierarchy Line Fields

Field			Description
Company			Lookup to Company object from the consolidation hierarchy.
Consolidation Hierarchy			Stores the consolidation hierarchy data.
Level XX Company			Where XX is the hierarchy level for a company within the consolidation structure. Up to 20 hierarchy levels are supported.
