Removing Resources
You can remove a resource so that they are no longer allocated to an account, success plan, or playbook.
To remove resources:
- On the resourcing tab of the record, click next to the resource you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
This action removes the resource from the Allocated Resources table of the record's resourcing tab. If the resource is removed from a success plan or playbook, the resource is also removed from the Success Plan Owner or Playbook Owner field. If the resource is removed from an account, the account customer success resource record, which links the resource to the account, is deleted.
If required, the removed resource can be reallocated to the record from the Available Resources table.
