Setting up the PSA Mobile Application
The PSA Mobile application enables you to access data on the go. Use it on your phone. The application contains following tabs:
- Enter Expense
- Enter Time
- Expense Reports to Approve
- Manage Skills and Certifications
- Timecards to Approve
- Weekly Summary
- Work Opportunity Hub
To use this functionality, you must assign the PSA - Mobile permission set and the following functional area permission sets to the users:
- Enter Expense tab
- PSA - Enter Expenses Against Projects and Assignments
- PSA - Enter Expenses Against Milestones
- Enter Time tab
- PSA - Enter Time Against Projects and Assignments
- PSA - Enter Time Against Milestones
- PSA - Enter Time Against Task
- Expense Reports to Approve tab
- PSA - Approve Expense Reports
- Manage Skills and Certifications tab
- PSA - Manage Your Skill and Certification Ratings
- Timecards to Approve tab
- PSA - Approve Timecards
- Weekly Summary tab
- PSA - My Weekly Summary
- Work Opportunity Hub tab
- For resource managers: the PSA - Manage Self-Nominations on Work Opportunities permission set
- For resources: PSA - Self-Nominate for Work Opportunities permission set, and Read permission on the Resource Skill Request and Skill or Certification Rating objects

Supported Mobile Devices
The PSA Mobile Application is currently supported on mobile phones using iOS version 16 and later, and mobile phones using Android version 10.0 and later. There may, however, be small differences in the user experience between models.
