Accounts Payable Workspace Overview

The Accounts Payable workspace acts as a starting point for the activities that you conduct in your AP clerk role. The summary information available is filtered to display only for the selected company or companies.

The signs are reversed, so a payable invoice appears as a positive value making the data easier to read.

Note: If you have the "View All" permission it will cause some components of the workspace to display data for all companies, instead of only your currently selected companies. If you change your current company or any of the underlying data, you must reload the workspace and then refresh the relevant section separately. To refresh click or Refresh.

Note: Workspaces use Lightning Experience to take full advantage of the Lightning App Builder. This means you can customize your users experience based on their specific requirements. The changes you make are saved in a cloned app. The original app remains unchanged.
