Managing Custom Settings from Setup

Some aspects of Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector are controlled by custom settings. From Setup, go to Custom Code | Custom Settings. You must be signed in with administrator permissions to change these settings. See the Salesforce Help for information on how to maintain custom settings.

If selected, disables the trigger for playbook tasks.

Bypass Playbook Task Assignment Trigger If selected, disables the trigger for playbook tasks assignments.
Bypass Assignment Trigger If selected, disables the trigger for assignments in PSA.
Bypass Project Trigger If selected, disables the trigger for projects.
